When do I arrive?
We ask that first time clients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for a restroom stop and to fill out any necessary paperwork. Returning clients need to arrive only 3-5 minutes prior to appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest (The fee will remain the same). Please make every effort to arrive a few minutes early.
