MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This agreement is by and between the named party listed below, hereafter referred to as "Buyer" and StressBusters, Inc., hereafter referred to as "StressBusters."

Additional Terms and Policies
Each month StressBusters will charge the amount listed above that was chosen by the Buyer. After the charge is processed, StressBusters will credit Buyer with one (1) massage session to their account.
Buyer will be given the same discounted rate for as many massages that they want to get during the month.
Cancellations, Modifications to Scheduled Appointments & No-shows In order to serve as many valued guests as possible, and for the respect of our staff’s valuable time, the following policies apply if you ever need to cancel your scheduled appointment; move your scheduled appointment to a different day or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
Membership Cancellations Cancellations must be done in writing by sending an email to: SBSchedule@StressBustersSpa.com
